Role includes administration of all sales, marketing, finance, client success and product management technologies. Achievements include the following:

  • Increased sales efficiency of follow-up on marketing qualified leads from days to minutes, through Salesforce and Slack integration

  • Formalized Salesforce.com training program for new sales hires

  • Established key performance indicator dashboards for C-Level management to sales rep level leveraging InsightSquared

  • Migrated acquired company’s HubSpot CRM to Salsa’s Salesforce environment

  • Worked sales division leads to provide a concise and clear company wide presentation deck

  • Managed marketing development fund request and opportunity linked reporting

DLT Solutions is a $1 billion company with over 300 employees, focused on selling software, hardware and services to the public sector. Received internal promotions year-after-year, progressing from a Marketing Associate to a Marketing Manager in 2 years. Duties included Web management, campaign planning, execution, and reporting and partner management of strategic vendors including Autodesk, Google, Oracle, Quest Software, SolarWinds and more. Supervised and managed the workload of five direct reports. Attainments include the following:

  • Project managed and delivered early the corporate website redesign from Ruby-on-Rail to Drupal by managing internal team of two web developers and one graphic designer

  • Worked with management to create a new Web Marketing Specialist positions and oversaw positions to grow DLT’s social presence

  • Constructed a marketing tool to allow for task management and calendar reporting based off of marketing activities

  • One of three on the floor managers to keep 23 person marketing team working on a day-to-day basis
